Memorial Plaques

  • DEDICATION FORM

  • It has been a hallowed tradition throughout the ages to commemorate our departed relatives by keeping their memory alive in our hearts.

A great way to pay tribute and reflect upon our loved ones who are no longer with us is by dedicating a Memorial Plaque in their memory. The Wall of Remembrance hanging inside the Sanctuary at Chabad, is an easy yet powerful way of commemorating your deceased family members.

Each plaque will have its own lamp which will be lit in the Shul every year through the Hebrew month of their Yarzteit, and during every Yizkor service.

As an additional bonus, a reminder will be sent to you before the upcoming Yartzeit to help you properly commemorate their day of passing, and a prayer will be said in their memory at Chabad.

The cost per plaque is $613.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to discuss other ways of memorializing and honoring your loved ones in a Jewishly meaningful way.

With blessings to only have happiness and Simcha to share with each other.

     Rabbi Mendy Kasowitz.
