Sale of Chametz Form

I, the undersigned, fully empower and authorize Rabbi Menachem M Kasowitz to act in my place and stead, and on my behalf, to sell all Chametz possessed by me (knowingly or unknowingly) as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic laws (e.g. Chametz, doubt or suspicion of Chametz and all Chametz mixtures). Also Chametz that is unfit for human food and that tends to adhere to a surface of the inside of pans, pots or cooking utensils, and all kinds of live animals or birds that eat Chametz or mixture thereof. And to lease all places wherein the Chametz owned by me may be stored or found, especially in the premises specified below, and elsewhere, up to and including Wednesday, 14 Nissan 5786 / 1 April 2026, 11:57am. Rabbi MM Kasowitz has the full right to sell and to lease by transactions as he deems fit and proper and for such time he believes necessary, in accordance with all the detailed terms and forms, as explained in the general Contract of Sale, which will be signed on the instruction of Rabbi MM Kasowitz. This authorization is made part of that contract. Also, I do hereby give Rabbi MM Kasowitz full power and authority to appoint a proxy in his place, with the full power to sell and to lease as provided herein. The above given power is in conformity with all the Torah, Rabbinical regulations and laws, and also in accordance with the laws of the Country. And to this I hereby affix my signature
